Congratulations Band and Orchestra

The following band and orchestra members had a very strong showing in the Northern KY Solo & Ensemble Assessment event on Saturday, April 21. Click here to view the ratings received by the students for their events. Congratulations to these students for their outstanding performances. 

Friends of Gentry Aubrey Senior Scholarship

Seniors:  The "Friends of Gentry Aubrey Scholarship" application is due Monday, April 24th to Mrs. Sorrell or you may submit to Guidance.

Men and Women of Conner

There will be a mandatory Men and Women of Conner Meeting for current members on Friday, April 28th right after school in Room 102.

If you are a current Junior and would like to be a member of Men and Women of Conner next year, stop by Room 102 for an application as soon as possible.

Boone County Schools Student Art Show BCArt Show

The Boone County School Student Art Show will take place Friday, April 21st through Sunday, April 30th at the Boone County Main Branch.  There will be an artist reception on Friday, April 28th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.  We hope you stop by to view the talent displayed by our students!  Click here for detailed information.

Don't Miss out on the 2016-2017 Digital Yearbook Yearbooks

The 2016-2107 digital yearbook is on sale NOW.  You may pre-order your yearbook by sending $20 with your child to school.  Please make checks payable to Conner High School.  Your son or daughter should see Mrs. Redding or a member of the CTV Media Team to place the order.  Please email Mrs. Donna Redding  if you have questions.  The digital yearbook will be available for pickup July 2017.

Conner FBLA just returned from the State Leadership Conference in Louisville where their performance was outstanding! Congratulations to Lyndie Ford for placing 1st in Website Design and Jonah Williams for placing 5th in Accounting. Lyndie also qualified for Nationals which take place this summer in Anaheim.

Way to go to Lauren McKeehan and Caleb Loftin for making such an awesome sign for the Greenhouse Business! The Agriculture Department thanks you so much for your contribution to our program and Conner High School.

"Suit Up" NaviGo Student Seminar Suit Up

Conner High School students and parents are invited to a NaviGo Student Seminar called "Suit Up!" It will be held next Tuesday, April 25th from 5:00-6:30 at Citi in Erlanger. ALL High School students and parents are invited to learn about networking, resume' building, financial planning, and professionalism. The idea for this seminar came from Conner High School Junior, Bryan Padilla, who will be the lead presenter in the seminar. 

Seniors Accepting Scholarships Please see Guidance

Seniors:  If you have earned any scholarship(s) that you are ACCEPTING and would like it announced at Senior Awards Night on May 15th, you must bring a copy of your award letter to the Guidance Office. We will only be able to announce it if we have the letter in advance.

Suit Up Seminar Qr Code

On behalf of Bryan Padilla in collaboration with Navigo College, Career College, and Citi Bank, come to the professionalism seminar on April 25th from 5:00-6:30 PM at the Citi Building: 4600 Houston Rd. Erlanger, Ky 41018.You will have the opportunity to talk to representatives from NaviGo and Citi executive employees. This seminar is about teaching students how to be professional. It will be a great resource to all. Refreshments provided! Suit up and open doors you didn't know were there! 

Senior Cleanup Information

Don’t forget to remove all of your data from your U: drive, One Drive and Google Drive before you graduate. Once you graduate, these item will be inaccessible. Also, if you have anything connected to your @stu.boone.kyschools.us email address, please change those associations to another email address. Please do this ASAP so that you can confirm the change before your account is disabled. Please check ACT and bank accounts and make sure they are not registered under your Boone County email.

Gateway Attendees Information

Attn: Seniors -- For any Senior attending Gateway this fall, representatives from Gateway will be here and available by appointment for applying, advising, signing up for classes, or verification. Appointment times and sign-ups are available in Guidance -- take advantage of this opportunity!!

College Decision Day College Decision Day

Attention Seniors: May 1st is National College Decision Day, and to celebrate, Guidance is asking for students to wear a shirt showing where you are attending college this fall! If you are in 9th-11th grade, wear a college shirt as well to show support! Faculty, you can wear something from your college as part of Teacher Theme Dress Days!

Ellison Scholarship Information

Juniors and Seniors it’s time to apply for your chance to be awarded a scholarship from our BEST partner Ellison. There are three scholarships to apply for. You may apply for one or all! The first is based on community service for $250 cash. The second is based on your interest in science and technology for $250 cash. The final scholarship is special just to our seniors. It is the Ellison Senior Scholarship. This is for $500 cash! Find these applications in the Guidance Office. Please make sure to read the requirements carefully when applying. Return the completed application to the Guidance Office by April 28th.

Students Vs. Teachers Volleyball Game

We will be having a Students vs. Teachers volleyball game on Thursday, May 4th in the Small Gym. We will start right after school.

Would you like to play? Create a team with 6 or more players and sign up with Mrs. Wood outside Mr. Shearer's office. Our back up date is May 10th.

2016-2017 Making a Difference Award Winners Making a Difference

Congratulations to Mrs. Sarah Good, Mrs. Sue Sorrell, Ms. Kristina Gutzwiller, Mrs. Kim Pommier, Mrs. Wendi Karle, and Mrs. Jodi Petersime for being selected to receive a 2016-2017 Making a Difference award for Conner High School.  We appreciate all that you do for our staff, students and community and thank you for your commitment to education.

Girls Summer Soccer Camp Soccer Ball

Registration for Girls Soccer Camp is now available.  It will be held the week of June 12th to June 15th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  It is open to incoming 1st through 7th grade girls and will take place in the Conner High School Gym.  Click here for a registration form.

GRADUATION DATE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED

Graduation will be held at BB&T Arena on the campus of Northern Kentucky University on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets will not be required for admission. There will be a $5 fee for parking. The Senior Board page will be updated with more details as we get them.


ARTIFICIAL TURF FUNDRAISER

Under the direction of Athletic Director, Jim Hicks a fundraising drive is underway to purchase new artificial turf for the football field. Check out their FaceBook page, Conner High Turf Field Campaign,  or contact Jim Hicks for more information.

Microsoft Student Advantage Program

As part of our district licensing agreement, Microsoft has announced the Microsoft Student Advantage Program.  This program allows students in our district to install Office products on up to 5 devices – FREE.  Information on how students can download this free software is available here and it is linked off the Technology Department page of the district website.


Conner High School recycles ink and laser toner cartridges, cell phones, iPods/mp3 players, laptops, digital cameras, and gps devices. Unfortunately we cannot accept copy machine cartridges at this time. Contact Debbie Slusher if you have empty cartridges to donate.
