2017-2018 Information for CEMS NJHS applicants:
If you are interested in becoming a member of NJHS, applications are accepted at the beginning of each school year. Click here for an information packet and application or stop by the front office.

When you complete your application, it is important to include any volunteer service you have completed and any clubs and sports you have been a part of during your middle school years: grades 6-8.

If you want to become a member of the CEMS NHJS chapter but have not completed many volunteer hours, below are a list of possible options for you to pursue. These are suggestions from current members.

In-School Volunteer suggestions:
Help teachers after school
Usher for a school play
Peer tutor
Society of Service (a CEMS service/volunteer club run by Mrs. Weaver. Contact Mrs. Weaver to obtain more information and about becoming a member. Shannon.Weaver@boone.kyschools.us)

Community Volunteer suggestions:
Burlington Homework Club
Babysit/Offer to watch children for free
Become involved in church activities
Go on a Mission trip


Serve with a local mission or service organization
